Terms of use

Last updated October 18, 2026

By using conally.org (“ConAlly”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What ConAlly is

ConAlly is a free, independent planner that collects publicly available information about fan conventions and their guests, and helps you plan your visit. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any convention, organizer, ticketing company, or guest. Convention, game, show and film names, logos and artwork belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Schedules can be wrong

Guest lineups, times, prices and cancellations change often, sometimes at short notice. We do our best to keep things current, but we can’t guarantee the information is accurate or complete. Always check with the convention before you travel, buy tickets, or book photo ops and autographs. We aren’t responsible for missed sessions, cancellations, purchases or travel plans.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 13 to create an account.
  • Keep your sign-in details secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can stop using ConAlly and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, access other people’s accounts, send spam through the contact form, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Images and content

Guest photos and character images come from conventions’ public pages and other public sources, and remain the property of their owners. If you own an image or information on the site and want it changed or removed, contact us and we’ll act promptly.

No warranty

ConAlly is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll update the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
