Cons are some of the best places on earth: thousands of people who love the same weird, wonderful things, in one building, meeting the people who made them. They only work when everyone there is safe and welcome. This is what we stand for, and what ConAlly will always stand behind.
LGBTQ+ fans and creators belong here
Queer and trans people have always been at the heart of fandom, in the crowd, on stage and behind the stories. Your identity isn’t up for debate, here or anywhere.
Women deserve respect, safety and credit
On stage, in the autograph line, in the cosplay crowd and behind the scenes. Women’s work deserves its credit, and women at cons deserve to be there without being harassed, followed or talked over.
Cosplay is not consent
A costume is not an invitation. Ask before you take a photo, keep your hands to yourself, and take no for an answer, the first time. That goes for everyone in costume, of every age and body.
Human rights, for everyone
No room for racism, ableism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, xenophobia or hate of any kind. Fandom is for everyone, and so is ConAlly.
Guests and staff are people, not content
The actors, performers, artists and creators you meet are working, often for long days on their feet. Be kind, respect their time and their boundaries, and follow the con’s rules for photos and autographs. The same goes for the volunteers and staff who make the whole thing happen.
Human creativity matters
The stories we love were made by people, and the people who make them deserve to be seen, paid and celebrated. Meeting them in person is one of the best ways to show it.
Your privacy
ConAlly has no public profiles, no usernames to search and nothing that shows who you follow or where you’re going. A day plan is only visible if you share its link yourself. How we handle your data.
If something goes wrong
At a con, tell con staff or security straight away: every major con has a code of conduct and people whose job is to help. If something on ConAlly isn’t right (a wrong time, something offensive, anything that worries you),tell us and we’ll look at it.
