- Early pickup is Thursday 1pm to 8pm (the line is cut at 7:30pm); Thursday is pickup only. General passes are at the Sales Desk, Premium passes at the Information Desk.

Accessibility
- A free Accessibility Pass gives priority entry to panel rooms and main events, wheelchair seating and help from staff. Get it at the Info Booth near main registration; no documentation needed.
- You can ask for a free Companion Pass for one support person. It's valid for one day, so renew it each day at the Accessibility Desk, and your companion needs to stay with you.
- For advance seating, arrive 15 minutes before doors open and tell staff. Wheelchair seating is in the main programming rooms, the main events stage and concert venues.
- No line-skipping at autographs, but a companion can hold your place and you join them at the front; staff will help.
- Every space Anirevo uses is wheelchair accessible, with lifts and accessible washrooms throughout. Anirevo doesn't provide wheelchairs, but MTCC Guest Services (North Building, Level 200) lends them, first come, first served.
- Street-level entrances on Front Street and Internal Street.
- Certified service animals are welcome, harnessed and under control; emotional support animals and pets aren't.

Good to know
- Children 12 and under must be with a parent or guardian aged 18 or over who has a pass.
- 18+ panels need photo ID. Carry government ID at all times.
- Keep your pass visible; passes are treated like cash, and a lost one has to be bought again.
- No alcohol, and no smoking indoors or within 9 metres of the MTCC. No bikes, skateboards or scooters.
- Ask before photographing guests or cosplayers; some events don't allow photos or video.

Cosplay and props
- Get every prop checked at the Prop Inspection Table by the Sales Desk. Approved props are peace-bonded with coloured tape, and need checking again each day.
- Plastic, foam, rubber and cardboard are fine; wood is case by case. Blades must be blunt and not metal.
- Not allowed: airsoft and paint guns, all-metal props, mostly glass or ceramic props, metal-tipped arrows, working handcuffs or chains, pullable leashes, yaoi paddles, laser pointers, and baseball bats, kendo or hockey sticks.
- Toy guns need an orange tip and no ammo; Nerf is fine without darts. Bows unstrung except for photos.
- Wear shoes (no socks or bare feet), and no see-through material over private areas. "Free Hugs" signs aren't allowed.

Quiet rooms and help

Safety and LGBTQ+ fans
- Anirevo's harassment policy covers anything disparaging someone's gender, race, religion, sexuality or identity, and names bathroom policing (challenging which bathroom someone uses) as harassment.
- Cosplay is not consent: don't photograph or touch anyone without their permission.
- Report harassment at the Info Booth or to Anirevo's operations staff, or by email if you'd rather not talk in person. You can report even if it didn't happen to you, and retaliation is banned.
