  • Parking is run by APCOA: DKK 30 an hour or DKK 240 a day. The con suggests public transport, cycling or walking instead.
  • Bike parking at all main entrances. Taxis can drop off at some main entrances.
  • Tickets are sold online only (Ticketmaster), not at the door. Your phone ticket is scanned; no need to print.

Accessibility

  • Have a disability? Show your documentation at the information desk for a Fast Track wristband (your companion gets one too). You still need a ticket.
  • A companion or helper gets in free with documentation such as a ledsagerkort, as long as you go in together.
  • Bella Center has ramps, lifts to every level and wheelchair-friendly entrances, but it can get crowded, especially on Saturday.
  • Approved service dogs are welcome (bring their papers); other dogs aren't.

Cosplay and props

  • Props must be legal in Denmark. Replica knives, swords and axes are fine if they can't cut; no nails or sharp edges.
  • No drawn sword or knife replicas in the event area. Staff may check and refuse props at any time.
  • There's a cosplay changing room for last touches, not full changes (space is limited). Come as ready as you can.
  • No size limit, but you need to move safely through doors and queues.
