Accessibility
- Have a disability? Show a certificate at the info desk in the main entrance for a Fast Track wristband (one for your companion too). It gives fast track at the entrance, Heroes Main Stage, Heroes Meet and Creators Corner. You still need a ticket.

- It can get very crowded, especially on Saturday daytime; Friday and Sunday are calmer.
- Wheelchairs and hearing loop receivers can be borrowed at Information by the main entrance with ID (limited, no booking ahead).
- About 25 disabled parking spaces: in the P1 garage, outside Scandic Talk and at the east entrance.
- Certified assistance and guide dogs are welcome; other dogs aren't.

Money: cash and cards
- Stockholmsmässan's own outlets are cashless and take most cards.
- Most exhibitors take cards or Swish, but some only take cash, so bring a little.
- Autographs and photo ops need their own tickets, bought online ahead (or online at the con while any are left, up to 30 minutes before the session ends).

Cosplay and props
- Prop weapons must be legal in Sweden. Clearly harmless props like lightsabers are fine in the hall; airsoft replicas need a safety plug, and blades can't be sharp.
- No drawn sword or knife replicas in the hall, though you can pose with one at photo shoots or on stage. Never point a weapon at anyone; staff may check props at any time.
- There's a cosplay room for changing, with limited space; belongings left there aren't covered, so use the cloakroom for anything valuable.
Food and water
- Several restaurants and cafés in the venue, with vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly options.
- You can bring drinks and simple snacks. Bring a refillable bottle: there are water stations to fill it.

Toilets
- Toilets are signposted all through the venue. Accessible toilets are at the entrances, in the halls and in the galleries.
- We couldn't find gender-neutral toilets listed by Comic Con Stockholm or Stockholmsmässan.
