Getting there
- Registration opens an hour before the show each day.
- At the door, only one-day (Saturday or Sunday) memberships are sold, so buy a weekend or VIP membership ahead.
Accessibility
- The Convention Center is accessible, with ramps and elevators.
- Accessible parking is in every lot, the attached garage included.
- Mobility devices and service animals are welcome, under the venue's safety policies.
Good to know
- Children 12 and under get in free with a paid adult membership, and must stay with an adult.
- Bags are allowed but may be inspected. No rolling bags on carpeted areas.
- No photos or recording in the guest area unless you've paid for a selfie or recording at the guest's table.
Money: cash and cards
- Vendors take different kinds of payment, so bring more than one.
- Selfies and autograph fees are paid at the guest's table, and each guest sets their own policy.
Cosplay and props
- Prop weapons are inspected and peace-bonded at the safety checkpoints.
- No metal weapons, working or real firearms, sharp blades, or anything that could hurt someone. Props that look like modern firearms need an orange tip that can't be removed.
- Don't wave props around or use them in a threatening way, and no mock fighting outside sanctioned events.
- It's an all-ages show: costumes must be family-friendly, and wear shoes at all times.
Food and water
- Food and drinks are sold in set areas inside.
- Outside food and drink aren't allowed unless you need them as an accommodation; finish anything else before you go in.
- We couldn't find dietary options or water refill stations listed by Chattanooga Comic Con.
Toilets
- We couldn't find gender-neutral toilets listed by Chattanooga Comic Con or the Chattanooga Convention Center.
Quiet rooms and help
- There's a low-sensory room, with no audio and low lighting.
- A Neurodivergent Panel meets throughout the day.
Safety and LGBTQ+ fans
- Cosplay is not consent: ask before taking anyone's photo or interacting with them. Unwanted touching, harassment and inappropriate comments toward anyone aren't tolerated. The policy doesn't name gender identity or sexual orientation.
- If you feel uncomfortable or are harassed, tell convention staff right away. Security staff are on hand all through the event.
