Getting there
- The show is at the Westin O'Hare, 6100 North River Road, Rosemont. The hotel runs a free shuttle to and from O'Hare airport, and it's close to the CTA Blue Line.
- Weekend pass holders can pre-register the night before (Thursday), usually 5 to 8pm. Single-day ticket holders register on the day of their ticket, not before.
- Everyone picks up their own wristband: show your QR code, on your phone or printed. Wear it all weekend; it can't be passed on. Gold, Silver and Copper also wear their badge.
- Creation posts the final schedule, with rooms and times, the week of the show, on its site and in its app. Printed copies are at registration.

Accessibility
- Creation has an optional form to tell them your access needs before the show, so they're ready to help you there.
- For sign language interpreters, or help with physical access, email asponsor@creationent.com at least four weeks ahead, with a copy of your ticket.
- Every ticket comes with a seat in the theatre: Creation doesn't oversell.
- If standing in the autograph line is hard for you, tell the autograph MC. A caretaker can wait in line with you, and stays in view across the room during your photo op.
- Service animals are welcome; emotional support animals aren't.
- The hotel lists accessible parking, including van spaces, and lifts.
- Phone and camera flashes go off often during stage panels, if you're sensitive to light.

- If a guest cancels, admission isn't refunded; their separate photo op or autograph tickets are, as a credit voucher at the show.
