Getting there
- Parking is under DeVos Place, open 24 hours, entered from Michigan Street or Lyon Street (you can't turn in heading west on Michigan). It takes credit and debit cards.
- If it's full, try the City-County Building across Monroe Avenue or other ramps nearby. The drop-off zones out front aren't for parking.
- Tickets can be picked up at a participating comic shop (no service fees) or the Ticketmaster booth at DeVos Place. Three-day pass holders get a limited-edition badge at check-in.

Cosplay and props
- Weapons must be obviously fake: plastic, foam, rubber or soft wood. No steel or metal weapons, no real weapons (even BB guns without firing pins), and no wooden or aluminum bats.
- Guns need an orange tip and can't fire anything, darts or water included. Untipped guns go back to your car or get taped orange at the door.
- No gas-powered props (even broken ones) and no balloons.
- Costumes are PG-13 or cleaner, with shoes on. Masks must let you see properly, and keep big wings or armor out of the way of aisles.

Safety and LGBTQ+ fans
- Bullying and harassment (assault, intimidation, stalking, unwelcome comments) aren't tolerated: people are removed with no refund, and police may be called. Ask before you touch or hug anyone.
- GR Comic-Con's anti-discrimination policy names sexual orientation; it doesn't mention gender identity.
- Cosplay that's inflammatory, racist or discriminatory isn't allowed.
- Report a problem to staff or security, who wear a badge on a lanyard and a black logo shirt. If you have a personal protection order, email it ahead to Event Director Mark Hodges (mark@grcomiccon.com) and the con can ask that person to stay away.
