Accessibility

  • Go to the Accessibility Service Table near the main entrance for a bracelet that tells staff and security you may need extra help, plus one for a companion.
  • You pay full admission, but one attendant or caregiver can get in free: ask at the table. Their free one-day pass is picked up there each day.
  • Accessible panel seating is first come, first served; come at least 15 minutes early.
  • There's no priority access for autographs or photo ops, but someone in your group can hold your place in line.
  • GSCF doesn't lend or rent wheelchairs, walkers or other equipment.
  • Need an interpreter for a main panel room session? Buy your pass, then email Gardenstatecf@gmail.com at least three weeks before the show with your name, days and the panels. They can't be arranged at the show.
  • Service animals are welcome; emotional support, therapy and comfort animals aren't. The venue calls itself ADA accessible.

Good to know

  • Everyone with a bag, backpack or purse goes through a bag check at the door, and bags can be checked again at any time.
  • Kids 12 and under get in free with an adult who has a ticket.
  • Photo op lines start 15 minutes before the session; lines made earlier don't count. Pick up your photo within an hour after the session.
  • Masks are optional, though some guests or vendors may ask you to wear one at their table. Please stay home if you have COVID-19 symptoms.
  • Tickets aren't refundable.

Money and paying

  • Autographs and selfies are paid for at the guest's table in the celebrity area.
  • Pro photo ops are sold online until a cut-off date, then only at the photo op ticket booth at the show. Digital copies and extra prints cost extra there.

Cosplay and props

  • All props go through a weapons check at the main entrance.
  • Allowed, if security agrees: light plastic or metal shields, foam props, light plastic or PVC props including lightsabers, and prop bows with soft foam or cardboard arrow tips.
  • Toy guns must not look real or fire, with an orange tip and brightly colored caps over every barrel. No metal swords or knives.
  • If you have to wonder whether something's allowed, it probably isn't.

Safety and LGBTQ+ fans

  • GSCF's anti-harassment policy welcomes everyone regardless of sex, sexual orientation, disability, race, religion, age and more. It doesn't name gender identity.
  • Hate symbols aren't allowed anywhere, costumes included.
  • If you're harassed or see it happen to someone, tell GSCF staff and crew, the security team or the on-site police. Staff will help, and call the police if needed.
