Getting there and tickets

The show is at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport, 2500 North Hollywood Way, a few minutes from Hollywood Burbank Airport.
Tickets aren't posted out: pick yours up at the will call table at the front entrance, and bring your ID.
You can also buy tickets at the door. Military and law enforcement get in for $15 with ID, bought in person at the front desk.
Early bird tickets get in an hour before everyone else.

Your wristband lets you leave and come back all day. It can't be replaced, so if you take it off you can't get back in.
Photos at a celebrity's table are up to them; the photo op room is the sure way to get one.
No filming, phones included: only cleared media may record, and anyone caught is asked to leave without a refund.
Tickets aren't refunded if a guest cancels, arrives late or leaves early; autograph orders are refunded if the guest cancels. Some guests are only there part of the show.

Each celebrity sets their own prices for autographs, photos and memorabilia.
Photo ops are sold online through POSE's store, paid by credit or debit card. Extra prints and digital downloads can also be bought at the Print Desk.
We couldn't find whether celebrities' tables take cards or cash only.

The QR code in your email is your photo op ticket. One ticket covers up to four fans in one photo, and only on the day and group printed on it.
Please don't line up more than 15 minutes before your photo op starts, and listen for staff. Photo ops are quick, so save gifts and longer chats for the autograph table.
Your 8x10 print is ready right after: follow the signs to collect it. Extra prints and digital downloads are sold online or at the Print Desk.
If two of your photo ops clash, go to the information desk. The schedule can change, so check it again on the day.

The hotel has three places to eat: Daily Grill (every day, 6:30am to 11pm), E.D.B. Eat, Drink, Be (Friday and Saturday, 11am to 10pm) and the Media Lounge for coffee and light bites (5:30am to noon, and 9pm to 1:30am).
