Good to know
- Your wristband lets you back in for the days on your ticket. Keep it on all weekend: a lost or removed wristband means buying a new ticket.
- Bags and backpacks are fine but are searched every time you come in.
- Not allowed: firearms, knives, real swords, bats, stun guns, tasers, lighters and vapes. Anything restricted you buy from a vendor stays sealed in its box or goes to your car.
- No smoking or vaping inside Century II; there are smoking areas outside.
- Century II has free public Wi-Fi. Lost something? Call Century II on 316-303-8000.
Money: cash and cards
- Most guests take cash only for autographs, selfies and combos, which you pay for at their table. Only tickets and photo ops can be bought ahead.
- The door and the official merch booth take cash and cards, and most exhibitors do too.
- There are ATMs on site.
Cosplay and props
- Check every prop with security at the registration area to be peace-bonded before you go in.
- No real swords, bats or similar weapons, no sharp or pointed metal, and no working projectile props. No props or costumes that give off smoke, fog or smells.
- Don't brandish, point, swing or play-fight with props.
- Wear shoes, keep it decent, and make sure your costume fits through a standard door. Bulky costumes or ones that are hard to see out of need a handler, and good ventilation.
