Getting there

The show fills the Rhode Island Convention Center, the Amica Mutual Pavilion and the Omni Hotel, all joined by skybridge.
The North Garage (99 West Exchange St) connects straight to all three and is open 24 hours. Event parking is $25 plus 7% tax, and you can reserve a space through ParkWhiz. Pay when you leave, at pay stations in the Convention Center, the Pavilion lobby or the garage; a lost ticket costs $40.
Will Call is at the Convention Center's Sabin Street entrance during the show. Wear your badge and carry a photo ID at all times.

Accessibility wristbands are at the Amica Mutual Pavilion and Sabin Street box offices. They give you the VIP lines for celebrities and photo ops where offered, priority panel seating, and VIP entrances after your first box office visit.
One health assistant can come with you, but they need their own ticket.

Expect bag checks and screening at the door; metal detectors may be used.
Not allowed: strollers over 31 inches wide or 52 inches long, folding chairs, selfie sticks and balloons.
No recording devices in celebrity and panel areas, including smart glasses (like Meta Ray-Bans), body cams and GoPros.
Children 5 and under get in free with an adult ticket.
No smoking or vaping inside. Alcohol only in designated areas, 21 and over.
Pop-Up Lockers are on site all weekend, from $15 a day if you book ahead. Keep your things with you: the con isn't responsible for lost property.

Toys, replicas and cosplay props are welcome, but security checks them first.
Swords must be foam and guns orange-tipped. No wood or metal weapons, no real weapons of any kind, and nothing explosive or flammable.

Outside food and drink aren't allowed in the venue.

EMTs are on site: for medical help or an emergency, find event staff or security.

Zero tolerance for harassment, including stalking, intimidation, offensive comments, photos or recording without consent, and bathroom policing.
Hate symbols against anyone's race, gender, gender identity, gender presentation, sexual orientation, age, body size, disability, appearance, religion or citizenship are banned.
