Getting there

  • The show is at the Sheraton Music City Hotel (now listed by Marriott as Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport), 777 McGavock Pike. The hotel lists a free shuttle to and from Nashville airport.
  • Weekend pass holders can pre-register the night before (Friday), usually 5 to 8pm. Single-day ticket holders register on the day of their ticket, not before.
  • Everyone picks up their own wristband: show your QR code, on your phone or printed. Wear it all weekend; it can't be passed on. Gold, Silver and Copper also wear their badge.
  • Creation posts the final schedule, with rooms and times, the week of the show, on its site and in its app. Printed copies are at registration.

Accessibility

  • Creation has an optional form to tell them your access needs before the show, so they're ready to help you there.
  • For sign language interpreters, or help with physical access, email asponsor@creationent.com at least four weeks ahead, with a copy of your ticket.
  • Every ticket comes with a seat in the theatre: Creation doesn't oversell.
  • If standing in the autograph line is hard for you, tell the autograph MC. A caretaker can wait in line with you, and stays in view across the room during your photo op.
  • Service animals are welcome; emotional support animals aren't.
  • The hotel lists van-accessible parking spaces and lifts.
  • Phone and camera flashes go off often during stage panels, if you're sensitive to light.

  • If a guest cancels, admission isn't refunded; their separate photo op or autograph tickets are, as a credit voucher at the show.

  • We couldn't find whether the show takes cards or cash only, or a cash machine at the hotel.
