Good to know
- It's an all-ages show, and children 10 and under get in free with an adult. Some late-night events aren't for children, and the VIP party is 21 and over.
- You need your admission wristband everywhere at the show, the hotel lobby and pool parties included.
- Photos are fine, but if a guest says no to a picture, please respect that.
- Staying at the Hyatt? You pay for any room damage from makeup, fake blood, prosthetic glue or glitter.

Money: cash and cards
- Autographs aren't included in admission. Each guest sets their own price, usually $30 to $100 or more; some charge for a table photo and some include one with an autograph.
- Ticket prices have 6.5% Florida sales tax added.
Cosplay and props
- Costumes are welcome. Every prop weapon must be peace-bonded at Weapons Check before you go in; you can pose with it, but don't swing or jab it.
- No real firearms or ammunition, no swords, knives or other blades, and no metal-tipped arrows. Bows must be decorative, with no string tension.
- Toy guns (airsoft, BB, Nerf) need an orange tip, no ammo, a tag and a zip-tied trigger. Firing anything, water pistols included, gets you removed.
- No spray cans inside. Light, flexible props of cardboard, papier-mâché, resin or plastic are best.
- Anything you buy in the vendor room that breaks these rules stays boxed and taped, or goes to your room or car.
Toilets
- We couldn't find gender-neutral toilets listed by Spooky Empire or the Hyatt Regency Orlando.
