Getting there

  • Drop-off and pick-up, including rideshare, buses and accessible drop-off, are in front of the building on 2nd Avenue South.
  • Free Ride buses run along Nicollet Mall to and from the convention center. The skyway links it to nearby hotels and restaurants, so you can stay indoors.
  • Parking can be booked ahead on SpotHero, or the Loring Park Ramp for $10 a day through ParkWhiz. Accessible parking is in the 3rd Ave and Plaza ramps.
  • Pick up your badge at registration, which is also where to ask about mailed badges. Badges don't carry names.

Accessibility

  • Ask at registration for an accessibility wristband, for you and one companion (both need a badge). It doesn't guarantee seats, early hall entry or priority for autographs and photo ops.
  • Accessible panel seating is limited and first come, first served. For rooms that are cleared between panels, an accessibility line forms outside; staff can point you to it.
  • ASL interpreters are at every Main Stage and Hero Stage daytime panel. For other panels, ask ahead with Twin Cities Con's ASL request form.
  • Wheelchairs ($20 a day) and scooters ($50 a day) are rented at the Visitor Information Center by the main entrance on Level One; they can't be booked ahead and go back each day. Visa, Mastercard or Discover only; call 612-335-6040 to check.
  • The building has automatic and power-assist doors, and elevators to every event space.
  • Service animals are welcome. Emotional support and comfort animals only if they're trained for a specific task.
