Getting there
- The show is at the Hanover Marriott, 1401 Route 10 East, Whippany. The hotel lists self-parking at $15 a day.
- Registration is in the East Assembly room. On Friday 23 October it's open to everyone from 5:30 to 7:30pm (Gold, Silver, Copper and weekend pass holders can check in from 4:30pm, in that order).
- Single-day ticket holders register on the day of their ticket, not before.
- Everyone picks up their own wristband: show your QR code, on your phone or printed. Wear it all weekend; it can't be passed on. Gold, Silver and Copper also wear their badge.
- Inside: the theatre is in the Grand Ballroom, photo ops in the Gallery, the vendors in the Hanover room, and photo op pickup in the Grand Foyer.

Accessibility
- Creation has an optional form to tell them your access needs before the show, so they're ready to help you there.
- For sign language interpreters, or help with physical access, email asponsor@creationent.com at least four weeks ahead, with a copy of your ticket.
- Every ticket comes with a seat in the theatre: Creation doesn't oversell.
- If standing in the autograph line is hard for you, tell the autograph MC. A caretaker can wait in line with you, and stays in view across the room during your photo op.
- Service animals are welcome; emotional support animals aren't.
- The hotel lists an accessible main entrance, with step-free routes to its meeting rooms and restaurants.
- Phone and camera flashes go off often during stage panels, if you're sensitive to light.
